Abstract

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) 2024 describes the costliness of construction in each regency/municipality compared to a reference region which is Banjarmasin city. Reference region is selected based on city’s index number that is close to national mean index, considering data completeness, and the city position in trade routes. In this publication, IKK is presented for 38 provinces and 514 districts/cities.Data is obtained through Survey on The Construction Cost Prices that was conducted in the third and fourth quarter of 2023 and also in the first and second quarter of 2024. The survey collected the price of construction materials, heavy equipment rental cost, and wages of construction labor in all regencies/municipalities in Indonesia. The Weight of Construction Cost Index is developed by the data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ), price per unit of analysis book Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and realisation of Local Government Budget. IKK 2024 is one of the main components of the formula for General Allocation Fund in 2025.
