Construction Cost Index Province and Regency/Municipality 2019

Construction Cost Index (IKK) 2019 is cost index describes the costliness of construction in each regency/municipality compared to the reference city, Semarang. The data in this publication is obtained through a Construction Cost Price Survey specialized in building materials/construction, heavy equipment rental and hire construction services in all regencies/municipalities in Indonesia. The data is calculated based on the quarterly price data for July 2018, October 2018, January 2019 and April 2019. Weight calculation of Construction Cost Index uses data from the Work Unit Price Analysis Book of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and data on realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. IKK 2019 is main component that is used as a base for General Allocation Fund in 2020 fiscal year.
