Construction Cost Index Province and Regency/Municipality 2022

Construction Cost Index (IKK) 2022 describes the costliness of construction in each regency/municipality compared to a reference region. Since 2021, the reference region has been assigning to Makassar city. Previously, the city were assigned as reference region, Semarang city (2018–2020). Reference region is selected based on city’s index number that is close to national mean index, and considering data completeness. Data is obtained through Survey on The Construction Price. The data that were being collected are the price of construction materials, heavy equipment rental cost, and wages of construction labor. The index is calculated from survey was conducted in the third and fourth quarter of 2021 and the first and second quarter of 2022.
