Construction Cost Index Province and Regency/Municipality 2023

Construction Cost Index (IKK) 2023 describes the costliness of construction in each regency/municipality compared to a reference region which is Makassar city. Reference region is selected based on city’s index number that is close to national mean index, considering data completeness, and the position of the city in trade route. IKK in this publication is presented for 38 provinces and 514 districts/cities, including three New Autonomous Regions (DOB) in the Papua region, namely South Papua Province, Central Papua Province, and Papua Mountains Province. Data is obtained through Survey on The Construction Price that was conducted in the third and fourth quarter of 2022 and also in the first and second quarter of 2023.
