Foreign Trade Statistical Bulletin Imports, February 2023

In February 2023 the value of imports reached US$15,919.2 million, down US$2,523.7 million (13.68 percent) compared to the previous month. Likewise, the volume of imports fell by US$1,939.9 million (12.68 percent). The import value consisted of oil and gas imports of US$2,406.5 million (15.12 percent) and non-oil and gas imports of US$13,512.7 million (84.88 percent) Imports for January-February 2023 are dominated by the three main countries of origin, namely China US$9,615.7 million (27.98 percent), followed by Japan US$2,775.7 million (8.08 percent), and Singapore US$2,583.5 million (7.52 percent). The unloading port in DKI Jakarta Province is still the main unloading place for imported goods, worth USD16,237.3 million (47.25 percent).
