Foreign Trade Statistical Bulletin Imports, April 2022

Imports Indonesia in April 2022 reached US$19,757.4 million, decreased US$2,205.0 million (10.04 percent) compared to the previous month. Likewise, the volume decreased by 14.41 percent (2,578.9 thousand tons) to 15,312.0 thousand tons. The import value in April 2022 consisted of oil and gas imports of US$3,813.9 million (19.30 percent) and non-oil and gas imports of US$15,943.5 million (80.70 percent). Imports from January to April 2022 were dominated by three main origin countries, namely China USD18,349.6 million (24.56 percent), Singapore USD5,938.4 million (7.95 percent), and Japan USD4,751.6 million (6.36 percent). Meanwhile, the loading port in DKI Jakarta is still the main loading point for imported goods in Indonesia.
