Foreign Trade Statistical Bulletin Imports July 2020

In July 2020, the import value reached USD10,464.3 million, down 2.75 percent (USD296.0 million) compared to the previous month. Likewise, the volume fell 1.58 percent to 11,323.5 thousand tons. The import value in July 2020 consisted of oil and gas imports of USD958.2 million (9.16 percent) and non-oil and gas imports of USD9,506.1 million (90.84 percent).
The three main import origin countries during January-July 2020 were occupied by China with USD21,581.2 million (26.52 percent), followed by Singapore with USD7,340.0 million (9.02 percent), and Japan with USD6,783.9 million ( 8.34 percent). Meanwhile, the loading port in DKI Jakarta Province is still the main loading point for imported goods in Indonesia with a share of 51.06 percent (USD41,542.7 million).Top of Form
