Foreign Trade Statistical Bulletin Imports June 2020

In June 2020 the import value reached USD10,760.3 million, an increase of 27.51 percent (USD2,321.7 million) compared to the previous month. Likewise, the volume rose 14.09 percent to 11,505.3 thousand tons. The import value of June 2020 consists of oil and gas USD 677.1 million (6.29 percent) and non-oil and gas USD10,083.2 million (93.71 percent).
The three main import origin countries were occupied by China with USD18,357.2 million (25.89 percent), followed by Singapore with USD6,414.4 million (9.05 percent), and Japan with USD6,124.2 million (8.64 percent) . Meanwhile, the loading port in DKI Jakarta Province is still the main loading point for imported goods in Indonesia with a share of 51.30 percent (USD36,376.2 million).
