Abstract

This publication is a publication compiled based on the results of the Use and Utilization of Information and Communication Technology in Business Sector 2018 (P2TIK) Survey conducted in samples in all provinces in Indonesia. Coverage of the P2TIK Survey includes four main activities, namely: medium-sized large industrial sector, trade, provision of accommodation, and provision of drinking food. The purpose of conducting this survey is to obtain data and information about the availability of ICT infrastructure (ICT infrastructure), access to ICTs, and the use and utilization of ICT in the business sector. Information identified includes: (1) company profile; (2) computer use; (3) computer user workforce; (4) internet usage; (5) internet user labor; (6) internet connection; (7) use of web presence; (8) use of LAN; (9) use of intranets; (10) extranet use; and (11) internet usage activities.
