Foreign Trade Statistical Bulletin Imports, December 2024

In December 2024, the import value reached US$21,221.2 million, an increase of US$1,589.5 million (8.10 percent) compared to the previous month. The import value consists of oil and gas imports of US$3,296.8 million (15.54 percent) and non-oil and gas imports of US$17,924.4 million (84.46 percent). Meanwhile, import volume reached 20,880.5 thousand tons, an increase of 6.77 percent. During January-December 2024, imports were dominated by China at USD72,729.2 million, with a role of 31.13 percent. Meanwhile, the unloading port in DKI Jakarta Province is still the main unloading place for imported goods in Indonesia worth USD 109,891.3 million (47.03 percent).
