Abstract

ABSTRACT fishing port is a place where fishing vessels dock, anchor and/or unload fish, which is equipped with shipping safety facilities and fisheries support activities. In 2022, there will be 567 fishing ports spread across all provinces in Indonesia. Aceh Province is still the province with the largest number of fishing ports in Indonesia. Based on port class, Indonesian fishing ports are divided into 4 classes/categories, namely class A or PPS fishing ports (7 ports), Class B or PPN fishing ports (17 ports), Class C or PPP fishing ports (44 ports), and fishing ports Class D or PPI (499 ports).
