Foreign Trade Statistical Bulletin Imports February 2020

In February 2020 the value of imports reached USD 11,548.1 million, down 19.07 percent (USD2,720.6 million) compared to the previous month. But the volume increased 7.54 percent to 13,059.6 thousand tons. The February 2020 import value consisted of oil and gas imports of USD1,747.6 million (15.13 percent) and non-oil and gas USD11,548.1 million (84.87 percent).The three main countries of origin of imports from January to February 2020 were occupied by China at USD 6,048.9 million (23.43 percent), followed by Singapore at USD2,612.1 million (10.12 percent), and Japan at USD2,395.8 million ( 9.28 percent). While the unloading port in DKI Jakarta Province is still a place for loading and unloading of major imported goods in Indonesia with a portion of 49.05 percent (USD 12,662.8 million).
