Construction Cost Indices Province and Regency/Municipality 2018

Construction Cost Index (IKK) 2018 is cost index describes the costliness of construction in each regencies/municipalities compared to the reference city, Semarang. The data in this publication is obtained through a Construction Cost Price Survey specialized in building materials/construction, heavy equipment rental and hire construction services in all regencies/municipalities in Indonesia. The data is calculated based on the quarterly price data for July 2017, October 2017, January 2018 and April 2018. Weight calculation of Construction Cost Index uses data from the Work Unit Price Analysis Book of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and data on realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. IKK 2018 is main component that is used as a base for General Allocation Fund in 2019 fiscal year.
