Construction Cost Indices Province and Regency/Municipality 2016

Construction cost indices (IKK) 2016 is cost index describes the costliness of construction in each regencies/municipalities compared to the reference city, Surabaya. The data in this publication is obtained through a Construction Cost Price Survey specialized in building materials/construction, heavy equipment rental and hire construction services in all regencies/municipalities in Indonesia. The data is calculated based on the quarterly price data for July 2015, October 2015, January 2016 and April 2016. IKK 2016 is main component that is used as a base for General Allocation Fund in 2017 fiscal year.
