Signing of MoU between BPS and BPOM

BPS and the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) have agreed to collaborate on the provision, utilization, and development of data and/or statistical information in the field of drug and food control. This agreement was formalized through the signing of an MoU during the BPOM Laboratory Strengthening Grand Design Symposium held in Jakarta on October 9.

The collaboration was outlined in a Cooperation Document signed by BPOM Head, Dr. Taruna Ikrar, and Acting BPS Head, Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti. BPS Secretary General, Imam Machdi, represented the Acting BPS Head at the signing ceremony. This collaboration is expected to strengthen the commitment and synergy between BPS and BPOM, aiming to enhance the data, information, and statistical systems in the field of drug and food control.
