BPS Wins the 2024 Excellent Service Award

BPS has once again achieved a remarkable milestone in public service. BPS received the Performance Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Providers (PEKPPP) award in the Top 10 Institutions category with the Excellent Service rating. BPS Secretary General, Imam Machdi, accepted the award presented by the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), Abdullah Azwar Anas, during the 2024 Excellent Service Gala held at the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Hotel on October 8.

Minister Anas extended his appreciation to all award recipients. The awards presented include 10 recipients for Public Service Support for Vulnerable Groups, 21 recipients for Public Service Provider Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, and 75 recipients for Public Service Innovation Sustainability and Replication Monitoring. "My highest appreciation goes to the ministers, heads of institutions, and regional leaders who have demonstrated real commitment and consistency in delivering excellent public services," he stated.

This marks the fifth consecutive Excellent Service Award received by BPS, reflecting its consistency and commitment to providing outstanding public service. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire BPS team in their continuous efforts to improve the quality of service to the public.
