Surabaya - Right in the heart of the capital city of East Java Province, as many as 115 participants attended from BPS Provinces throughout Indonesia in the context of Reconciliation of BPS Financial Statements 2019 (15/10). This reconciliation activity was held in the context of uniforming understanding and concepts at both the satker and agency levels. Darusman, BPS Head of Accounting as the head of event organizers reported that this activity was followed by SAIBA operators and SIMAK-BMN operators from each BPS Provincial satker.
"In principle, the
financial statements must be accurate, sustainable and accountable," said
Hanif Yahya, Head of the Finance Bureau when delivering directions from the
Main Secretary who was unable to attend the event. "We must understand the
rules, monitor the implementation, and pay more attention," he continued.
Hanif also mentioned the upcoming SP2020 activities, which in terms of
administration, especially procurement of goods must be well guarded.
The reconciliation
carried out for three effective days was also attended by the Head of the BPS
General Bureau, Badar; Head of BPS of East Java Province, Teguh Pramono; as
well as speakers from the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) and the
Directorate General of State Treasury (DJPB).
Ferdinan Haulian Marpaung
from DJKN delivered material related to BMN reports and management, while
Rahmat Mulyono and Hesti Pratiwi from DJPB delivered material related to
current issue of financial reporting.
