Abstract

To measure anti corruption behavior in society, an indicator is compiled, namely Anti Corruption Behavior Index (ACBI). ACBI measures the level of public permissiveness towards anti-corruption behavior which includes opinions on community customs and experiences related to public services in terms of bribery, graft/gratuity, extortion, nepotism, and nine anti-corruption values. ACBI values range from 0 to 5. The closer to 5, the better. This means that society behaves increasingly anti-corruption. In 2024, the ACBI value was 3.85; decrease compared to 2023 (3.92).
