Dynamic Land Consumption in Urban Areas in Indonesia

This publication presents the integration of statistical and geospatial data using the results of the Long Form of the 2020 Population Census, supplemented with supporting data and the latest scientific studies. In this publication, four (4) thematic analyses are outlined, namely the phenomenon of urbanization in Indonesia,degurba perspective on metropolitan areas, land consumption in metropolitan areas, and mapping the efficiency of land consumption in metropolitan areas. These four themes are relevant for evaluating the achievements of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) for the years 2020-2024.
