Foreign Trade Statistical Bulletin Imports, October 2022

In October 2022 the value of imports reached US$19,135.3 million, down US$672.9 million (3.40 percent) compared to the previous month. Likewise, the volume of imports fell by US $ 288.0 million (1.87 percent). The import value for October 2022 consists of oil and gas imports of US$3,364.1 million (17.58 percent) and non-oil and gas imports of US$15,771.3 million (82.42 percent) Imports from January to October 2022 are dominated by three main countries of origin, namely China USD 55,905.8 million (28.15 percent), followed by Singapore USD 16,563.7 million (8.34 percent), and Japan USD 14,230.4 million (7.16 percent). Meanwhile, the unloading port in DKI Jakarta Province is still the main unloading place for imported goods in Indonesia with a portion of 45.56 percent (USD 90,488.4 million).
