Executive Summary of Paddy Harvested Area and Production in Indonesia 2021

Data Collection on Integrated Food Crop Statistics using Area Sampling Frame method is a collaborative activity between BPS and BPPT supported by the Ministry of ATR/BPN, BIG, as well as LAPAN. This activity has been implemented nationally since 2018 and included in a national project to support the achievement of food security as one of the national priorities in the context of improving food statistical data. The main objective of this activity is to obtain an objective, scientific, and modern method of collecting paddy harvested area involving the technology so that paddy production data collected becomes more accurate, faster, and timely. This executive summary provides information regarding the results of the 2021 ASF data collection.
