Population and Labor Mobility Statistics 2021

The publication of Population and Labor Mobility Statistics 2021 aimed to provide an overview of population and labor mobility in Indonesia. It is the sixth publication by Statistics Indonesia (BPS) after the previous in 2010, 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019.
Various sources of data were obtained and divided into primary data and secondary data. Primary data were attained from tabulation result of BPS population survey, such as the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) and the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS). Whereas secondary data were acquired from the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Manpower, the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, the Ministry of Home Affairs, PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI), and the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency (BP2MI).
