Statistics of Bussiness Characteristics 2021

Statistics of Business Characteristics 2021 publication is the result of the Business Characteristics Survey (BCS) 2021 conducted annually by BPS-Statistics Indonesia since 2019. The companies/businesses covered include 16 (sixteen) Large Medium Enterprises (UMB) categories/business fields, namely all business categories except A, I, O, T, and U, in 34 provinces and 252 regencies/cities in Indonesia. Sample was selected using systematic sampling method for both companies/businesses in business sector and in cinema companies/businesses. Data collection carried out through interviews between enumerators and respondents using the Paper and Pencil Interviewing (PAPI) mode. The survey was conducted on 8,300 target samples with 93,65 percent achievement of response rate. Business Characteristics Statistics 2021 provide information about Indonesia UMB businesses in 2020 which include general information, indicators of ICT access and use, indicators of innovation, indicators of Intellectual Property Rights, and indicators of cinema business.
