Indonesia Macro Poverty Calculation and Analysis in 2021

Poverty is a global and national issue so it is still a concern of many parties. For the purposes of planning, monitoring, and evaluating various poverty reduction programs, a number of indicators are needed that show the status and development of the poor in Indonesia. These indicators include the number and percentage of poor people as well as various other characteristics of poverty that are comparable across time and between regions. The publication "Calculation and Analysis of Indonesia's Macro Poverty in 2021" presents methodologies, calculations and analyzes related to Indonesia's poverty and inequality rates in 2021. The data sources used in this publication are data from the March 2021 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) both from Susenas Cor and Susenas Consumption and Expenditure (KP).
