Analysis of Export Commodity 2012-2018 Agriculture, Industry, and Mining Sectors

This publication contains a simple analysis of growth and the role of Indonesian exports during 2012-2018 according to agriculture, manufacturing industry, and mining sector. The statistics presented in this publication was came from Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB) documents obtained from Custom Office and Non-PEB data which are further compiled and processed by BPS. The commodity grouping in this publication uses Harmonized Systems (HS) 2017 which is prepared by accommodating the structure of Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia (KBLI) 2015. Data is presented in nett weight (Kg) and FOB value (US$). Indonesia's export commodities are dominated by non-oil and gas exports. During 2012-2018 the share of non-oil and gas exports in averaged was 86.48 percent per year. Non-oil and gas exports during the period 2012 to 2018 was always dominated by commodity exports of manufacturing industry sector. The average contribution of manufacturing industry sector to non-oil and gas exports during the period 2012 to 2018 amounted to 80.54 percent.
