Food and Beverage Service Activities Statistics 2017

This publication presents data and information of restaurants, catering, and other food and beverage service activities in Indonesia which were obtained from annual survey of restaurant establishments. Period of the survey was in May until June 2018 in all over Indonesia. The data offood and beverage service activitiespresented, among others, are number of establishments, average number of workers and their characteristics, expenditure, and income structure.
