Rice Conversion 2018

Paddy to Rice Conversion Survey 2018 is a BPS activity included in a national project to support the achievement of national food security priorities. It was held in all provinces in Indonesia. Publication of Rice Paddy Conversion in 2018 presents information on the amount of conversion from harvested unhusked rice (GKP) to milled dry grain (GKG) and conversion rates from GKG to rice. In addition, this book also provides supporting information about the description of the implementation of grain drying and grinding activities in Indonesia.
