Abstract

Publication of The 2017 Indonesian Oil Palm Statistics is an annual publication of BPS-Statistics Indonesia. This publication presents data of area and production on palm oil by province and by category of producer, and the export and import of palm oil by country of destination and by country of origin. The data sources are the result of the Quarterly (SKB17-Oil Palm) and Annually (SKB17-Annual) Plantation Estate Survey, data compilation of custom documents from Directorate General of Customs, secondary data from Directorate General of Estate Crops. Hopefully this publication will be useful for the decision makers in government and private institutions, researchers, students, and other data users. The understanding and utilization of data is also include technical explanation and summary of statistical data.
