Statistics of Livestock Slaughtered 2017

One of the main goals of livestock subsektor development Subsector livestock is improving livestock population and its products, to meet domestic demand in order to achieve self-sufficiency in meat, increase the per capita consumption of animal protein, and so on.

The collection of quarterly data in RPH / TPH is an effort to get an estimate of the numbers required for the production of meat consumption, gain slaugthering parameters as one of base of livestock population projections, forecasts leather production, as well as the basis for calculating National Income from Livestock Subsector and so on.

Data collection conducted by complete enumeration in Indonesia, with quarterly collection periods.

Periode data collection was started in early 1987 with RPH and Keurmaster approach. Since 2013, data collection using RPH and TPH approaches. RPH and TPH covered is managed by government and private. Each approach using the same questionnaire is RPH / TPH Form.
