Restaurant Statistics 2015

This publication presents data and information of restaurants in Indonesia which were obtained from annual survey of restaurant establishments. Period of the survey was in April until May 2016 in all over Indonesia. The data of restaurants presented, among others, are number of establishments, average number of workers and their characteristics, expenditure, and income structure.
