Indonesian Hajj Pilgrimage Satisfaction Index Year 1440H/2019M

Abstract

  • The satisfaction index for Indonesian pilgrims (IKJHI) in Saudi Arabia in the year 1440H / 2019M amounted to 85.91. This means that in general government services to Indonesian pilgrims have met the criteria of "very satisfying". Compared to last year's congregation satisfaction index increased by 0.68 points.
  • When specified by type of service, the highest satisfaction index is found in sholawat bus services, which is equal to 88.05, then respectively are worship services  (87.77), non-Armuzna catering services (87.72), worship officer (87.66), intercity bus transportation services (87.35), hotel accommodation services (87.21), other services (85.41), catering services at Armuzna (84.48), Armuzna bus transportation services (80.37 ), and tent services at Armuzna (76.92).
  • Based on the location of the service location, the highest congregation satisfaction index was found in services carried out at the airport, which amounted to 87.94, the subsequent consecutive services in Makkah (87.89), services in Medina (86.44), and services in Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Mina (82.57).
