Producer Price Index (PPI) for Quarter II-2019 Increases 0.01 Percent Against Quarter I-2019

The producer price index (PPI) in quarter II-2019 increased 0.01 percent against quarter I-2019 (q-to-q) and increased 1.64 percent against quarter II-2018 (y-on-y).
Agriculture Sector PPI quarter II-2019 fell 0.82 percent against quarter I-2019 (q-to-q) and increased 1.92 percent against quarter II-2018 (y-on-y).
The quarter II-2019 Mining and Excavation PPI increased 0.07 percent compared to quarter I-2019 (q-to-q) and fell 0.89 percent against quarter II-2018 (y-on-y).
Industrial Sector Processing PPI in quarter II-2019 increased 0.25 percent against quarter I-2019 (q-to-q), as well as quarter II-2018 (y-on-y) up 1.95 percent.
PPI in the Electricity and Gas Procurement Sector in quarter II-2019 increased 0.06 percent compared to quarter I-2019 (q-to-q) and against quarter II-2018 (y-on-y) increased 0.46 percent.
PPI Water Management Sector quarter II-2019 increased 0.02 percent compared to quarter I-2019 (q-to-q) and increased 0.07 percent against quarter II-2018 (y-on-y).
Passenger Transport Sector CPI in quarter II-2019 increased 1.04 percent against quarter I-2019 (q-to-q) while against quarter II-2018 (y-on-y) increased 5.56 percent.
