Abstract

The nominal wage of the worker / worker is the average daily wage received by the worker as the work payments that have been made.

The real wage of the worker / worker represents the purchasing power of the income / wages received by the worker / worker.

Real wage is the ratio between nominal wage and household consumption index.

The daily nominal wage of national farm laborers in January 2018 rose by 1.07 percent compared to the peasants' wages in December 2017, from Rp50,568 to Rp51,110.00 per day. Real wages decreased by 0.15 percent.

The daily nominal wage of construction workers (non-foreman workers) in January 2018 rose 0.89 percent compared to December 2017 wages, from Rp84,454.00 to Rp85,206.00 per day. Real wages increased by 0.26 percent.
