But, the heat ahead did not create enthusiasm and steps for BPS service candidates to come to the office of the State Personnel Agency (BKN). In black and white uniforms, they stepped up spiritedly into the BKN Computer Assisted Test (CAT) building. STIS high school graduates from the STIS Statistics Polytechnic follow the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) for Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) (4/9).
SKD with the CAT system is one of the mandatory stages that must be passed by CPNS. "This is one of the important historical stages in your life journey," said Sugeng Arianto, Head of the BPS Civil Service Bureau when giving his remarks. His speech ignited the enthusiasm of the CPNS.
There are three materials that were tested, namely the Nationality Insights Test (TWK) of 35 questions with 75 passing grades, the General Integration Test (TIU) of 30 questions with passing grade 80, and Personal Characteristics Test (TKP) of 35 questions with 143 passing grades. the score system for TWK and TIU is if true is 5 and if false is 0. While TKP has a score of 1-5, where one of the tricks to pass for this assessment is that participants must position themselves as the State Civil Apparatus.
If there are still those who have not met the passing grade, one more chance will be given to follow the SKD for this BPS CPNS formation. "We will immediately write to the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy Reform to approve the proposed SKD CAT for those who do not meet the passing grade. Hopefully this can be approved this month, "said Maya Rachmawati, Head of BPS's Personnel Administration Subdivision. Regarding this SKD CAT Tjatur Wibowo, Head of the Civil Service Administration Section, appealed to the participants to arrive early so that conditions were more ready and stable to answer questions.
After the 90 minute test, various expressions were shown by the participants. "In the beginning, waiting for the seconds to run out (time out, red) excited, sincere and resigned.
